Tenured or Tenure-Track Faculty in Computational Quantum Materials

The Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences and the Department of Physics at The University of Texas at Austin invite applications for a tenured or tenure-track faculty position in Computational Quantum Materials, starting Fall 2025. We seek candidates in computational condensed matter and materials physics, with interests including first-principles electronic structure methods, high-performance computing for supercomputers, and physics-informed AI/SciML for quantum materials. This joint position will involve teaching in both the Oden Institute and the Department of Physics. Applicants at all ranks, including chaired professorships, are welcome. Apply via Interfolio.
