Abstract: When navigating a professional path in an increasingly complex world, a vital first step is identifying your cognitive tribe: are you primarily goal-focused or process-oriented? This presentation explores a neuromorphic computing model that emulates brain-based decision-making and shows how a model-based perspective can clarify personal choices. As an example, I will discuss how this neuromorphic "brain model" can help someone to link their personality type (defined by their neural network) to the types of jobs for which they are best suited. and to understand what those jobs require. In this context, I will give my personal perspective on what is required to found an industry-government startup company.
