Abstract: The advancement of quantum technology for probing and manipulating quantum systems has expanded and revolutionized our understanding of the fundamental quantum world. This dissertation presents a study of various quantum systems with the interplay of periodic driving, dissipation and measurements by focusing on their fundamental properties and potential applications ranging from condensed matter physics to quantum computation.
